Manage vehicles, trailers, and other resources in one place. Assign them to lessons and appointments — Outdrive detects conflicts and prevents double-booking the same resource.

Under Settings → Resources you add vehicles and other assets — clear for the whole driving school.
When creating or editing an appointment or lesson, assign the matching resource, e.g. a specific car.
If a resource is already booked, Outdrive detects the conflict — so the same vehicle is not scheduled twice at the same time.
Instructors and office staff see the same resources and bookings — fewer questions and fewer overlaps.
Resources are part of calendar planning and available on all plans — no add-on module. Create them under More → Settings → Resources.
